Your calendar is the central hub of your productivity. Learn how to connect, customize, and optimize your calendar for maximum efficiency.

Connecting Your Calendars

Our platform supports multiple calendar integrations to gather all your commitments in one place.

  1. Connect your account: Go to Settings and click "Connect Google Calendar"
  2. Authorize access: Sign in with your Google account and approve the permissions request
  3. Select calendars: Choose which Google calendars you want to sync (personal, work, etc.)

Pro Tip: Selective Syncing

Only sync calendars that are relevant to your academic planning. For example, you might want to include your class schedule and work calendar, but exclude birthdays or holidays.

    • Log in to Canvas
    • Go to "Calendar" in the left sidebar
    • Click the "Calendar Feed" button in the bottom right
    • Copy the provided URL (it should end with .ics)
  2. Add to our platform: In your dashboard, go to Settings → Calendar Connections → "Add Canvas Calendar" and paste the URL

Important Note

Events imported from external calendars (Google, Canvas) can be viewed in our platform but must be edited in their original source to ensure proper syncing.

Events are color-coded by category to help you quickly visualize your schedule:

Class: Lectures, labs, and scheduled classes
Exam/Assignment: Tests and deadlines
Study: Dedicated study blocks
Personal: Leisure and appointments

Focus Time: Deep work sessions

To change an event's category: Edit the event and select a different category from the dropdown
